✓I accept the following terms on behalf of my child through the Excellent Olympiad Examination application form.
एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड परीक्षा आवेदन पत्राच्या माध्यमातून मी खालील बाबी मान्य करत आहे.

✓I am enrolling my child in the Excellent Olympiad Examination a private examination of my own free will.
मी माझ्या पाल्याचा प्रवेश एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड परीक्षा या खाजगी परीक्षेसाठी स्वखुशीने घेत आहे.

✓I firmly believe that through this examination, my child will gain preparation experience for various types of competitive examinations.
या परीक्षेच्या माध्यमातून माझ्या पाल्याची विविध प्रकारच्या स्पर्धा परीक्षांची पूर्वतयारी होईल, असा माझा ठाम विश्वास आहे.

✓All responsibility for my child's safety regarding this examination or any other exam-related matters rests with me. (Such as purchasing reading material, travel expenses, etc.)
या परीक्षेबाबत माझ्या पाल्याची सुरक्षितता अथवा इतर परीक्षा विषयक बाबींची सर्व जबाबदारी माझी असेल. (परीक्षे संदर्भात अवांतर वाचन साहित्य खरेदी, परीक्षेसाठी करावा लागणारा प्रवास इ.)

✓I am fully aware that the Excellent Olympiad Examination is a supplement to my child's school curriculum and will not put any additional pressure on my child's studies.
एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड परीक्षा ही माझ्या पाल्याच्या शालेय अभ्यासक्रमास पूरक असल्यामुळे माझ्या पाल्यावर परीक्षेच्या अभ्यासाचा कोणताही अतिरिक्त ताण पडणार नाही याची मला पूर्ण जाणीव आहे.

✓Since this examination is based on the school curriculum, there is no need to purchase additional educational material for it, and it will not add to the family's financial burden – I am aware of this.
ही परीक्षा शालेय अभ्यासक्रमावर असल्यामुळे त्याला इतर शैक्षणिक साहित्य खरेदी करण्याची आवश्यकता नाही व त्यामुळे त्याच्या शालेय दप्तराच्या वजनात वाढ होणार नाही ही गोष्ट मला ज्ञात आहे.

✓If I have purchased some material for extra preparation, I believe it is necessary for my child's educational progress and I have done so myself. I accept that the examination and the material purchase have no connection whatsoever.
परीक्षेच्या अधिक तयारीसाठी जर मी काही साहित्य खरेदी केले तर ते माझ्या पाल्याच्या शैक्षणिक प्रगतीसाठी आवश्यक आहे असे मला वाटते म्हणून मी ते खरेदी करू शकतो. वरील उल्लेखित परीक्षेचा व साहित्य खरेदीचा कुठलाही संबंध नाही असे मी मान्य करत आहे.

✓I know that this examination organised by Excellent Olympiad Foundation is fully private, that no government body is affiliated with it in any way, and that the examination schedule fixed by the management – whether advanced or changed – is binding on me.
एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड फाऊंडेशन द्वारे आयोजित ही परीक्षा पूर्णपणे खाजगी आहे, शिक्षण व्यवस्थेशी निगडीत कोणत्याही शासकीय घटकाचा एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड परीक्षेशी कोणताही संबंध नाही हे मी जाणतो व परीक्षा व्यवस्थापनाने वेळोवेळी ठरविलेले किंवा बदललेले परीक्षेशी निगडीत नियोजन मला बंधनकारक आहे.

✓I know that the Excellent Olympiad Examination is organised on a “no profit, no loss” basis.
एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड परीक्षा ही ‘ना नफा ना तोटा’ तत्वावर आयोजित केली जाते, हे मला ज्ञात आहे.

✓I know that Excellent Olympiad Foundation does not guarantee academic ability or quality of any student. Therefore, the organisation declines responsibility for any mental pressure on students. Parents should note this carefully.
एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड फाऊंडेशन कोणत्याही पद्धतीने परीक्षा प्रविष्ठ विद्यार्थ्यांची अध्ययन क्षमता अथवा गुणवत्ता निश्चित करत नाही. यामुळे परीक्षा संदर्भातील परीक्षार्थीवर येणाऱ्या कोणत्याही मानसिक दबावाची जबाबदारी संस्था नाकारत आहे. याची पालकांनी गांभीर्यपूर्वक नोंद घ्यावी.

✓All rights regarding the examination are reserved by Excellent Olympiad Foundation.
परीक्षेबाबतचे सर्व हक्क एक्सलंट ऑलिम्पियाड फाऊंडेशन कडे राखून आहेत.

✓I know that all legal matters related to the examination are within the jurisdiction of the District Court, Pune.
परीक्षे संदर्भातील सर्व कायदेशीर बाबी ‘जिल्हा न्यायालय पुणे’ यांच्या कक्षेत असतील, हे मला ज्ञात आहे.
